UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Postage costs are charged based on size & weight of parcel
1-4 Felted Spiders = £4.35 UK P&P (Tracked)
You will be emailed with a tracking number once the order has been marked as fulfilled.
US
US Mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Postage costs are charged based on size & weight of parcel and are inclusive of the new US Tariff Charges.
1 Felted Spider = £13 US P&P (Tracked)
2 Felted Spiders = £15.60 US P&P (Tracked)
3 - 4 Felted Spiders = £17.80 US P&P (Tracked)
5 + Felted Spiders = £32.20 US P&P (Tracked & Signed)
You will be emailed with a tracking number once the order has been marked as fulfilled.
Orders placed between Monday - Friday will be sent within 1-2 days of placing the order.
Custom orders will be sent within one week of ordering depending on order size. You will be updated if there is a change to this time frame.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your felted spider for whatever reason they can be returned back to Little Viv of Horrors for a refund but the buyer will be responsible for covering postage costs.
If in the unlikely event your spider has arrived damaged, please send me an email at littlevivofhorrors@gmail.com or click the button below within 24hours of receiving your damaged spider with photographic evidence.
